Thank you for shopping at Waves Plaque! We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you through the return process.

Return Eligibility You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as they meet one of the the following conditions:

  • You are not satisfied with the item and it is in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The item has been received damaged.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at wavesplaque@outlook.com. Be sure to include the following details in your email:

  • Your order number and date of purchase.
  • A brief explanation of the reason for your return.
  • Video and Photos of the item showing its condition.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping Costs The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at wavesplaque@outlook.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. We will assist you in resolving the issue by offering a replacement, or full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
